Youth Education Programs

Overview

Our youth educational program offerings include the TBS After School program, open to Jewish and non-Jewish students enrolled in grades K-8th, along with additional Jewish Education opportunities for children and families, see below for more information.

Temple Beth Sholom’s Youth and Family Education programs provide a warm and welcoming environment for children and families to make deep connections with one another, practice middot (values), and experience enriching opportunities to strengthen their Jewish identity. TBS is home to a diverse community of members who are dedicated to Limud Torah (the study of Torah) and Tikkun Olam (repairing the world).

All are welcome at the TBS After School!

The After School program provides a safe place for children to come as they are, grow in their resilience, and learn about Jewish culture. We have an array of enriching and developmentally appropriate electives for students to choose from and will provide distance learning support. “Click Here” to learn about our After School Program

Sunday School

Our Hebrew School programs, for children in K - 7th grades, are rooted in the idea that communal learning is necessary to instill a rich and lifelong Jewish identity in our children. TBS provides opportunities for children to engage with T’fillah, Hebrew, Torah, and Mitzvot in joyful lessons. “Click Here” to learn more about our Sunday School.

Family School

The Family School is a program designed to engage every family member with Jewish content and intentional community. Families will explore rituals, holidays, and home traditions, and have an opportunity to make personal meaning with one another as we move through the Jewish calendar together. “Click Here” to learn about Family School
