About our Preschool Program
Temple Beth Sholom Preschool offers an enriching program for children ages 2-5.
Open to open to Jewish and non-Jewish students, our goal is to provide a warm and nurturing environment that fosters a child's mental, social, emotional, and physical growth. We have a play-based approach to curriculum and kindergarten readiness.
Judaism is woven into the day as children learn the values of Tikkun Olam (repairing the world), gratitude, and community. The children have an opportunity to learn Jewish songs and prayers from the Cantor, staff, and parent volunteers.
Our large fenced play yard offers many opportunities for gross and fine motor development. The yard is equipped with children's safety, growth, and interest in mind. Your child will love the variety of play experiences in our preschool outdoor environment.
At Beth Sholom Preschool, children learn lifelong skills: liking themselves, exploring and discovering the world around them, solving problems, making friends, and developing independence and social skills.
Our community values diversity and inclusion, including students of all backgrounds, abilities, and family constellations. Your child does not need to identify as Jewish to attend our school. Your child need not be toilet trained to attend our preschool.
