School Break Camps (TK-5th)
School Break Camps (TK-5th)
TBS's Summer Camp is THE place for Jewish summer day camp experience in Central Alameda County! Our camp blends all the fun of classic summer day camp with joyful Judaism. We build a lively Jewish community, full of engaging, exciting activities and fun traditions that create lasting memories. All are welcome, no previous experience with Judaism required. Campers get to dive into hands-on learning experiences, create new friendships and discover how they can shape a kinder, brighter, greener future while having a blast!
Each week will have a unique theme tied to a Jewish value for the campers to learn and play through, with either a field trip or a visitor based on that theme. For example, for our Little Critters week dedicated to learning about animals and caring for them, we might have a visit from a veterinarian so that the campers can learn more about the work veterinarians and their staff do for our furry (or feathery or scaly) friends!
One of the best parts of Summer Break is being able to play outside everyday! So in addition to our field trip each week, we will also spend our mornings offsite at a local or regional park. Drop off will be at TBS, then we will transport to the park of the day, spend our morning playing games at the park, have lunch, then return to TBS for thematic activities in the afternoon through pick-up.
Option for early drop-off and a late pick-up, each for a small fee. Early drop off will be at 8:30am, and the late pick up will be at 5:30pm.

Shabbat, Mar 21st 6:00p to 9:00p
Join TBS as we put the funny in fundraising with Live From TBS - It's Saturday Night! Tickets include full dinner and drink ticket, access to our silent auction, and a terrific comedy show featuring 3 comedians! This is sure to be a night to remember, all while performing the mitzvah of raising funds for TBS! Our lineup for the evening includes: PAT MCCOY was voted in high school “Most Likely to Recede". He refuses to grow up, which might explain his knack for turning everyday absurdities into sharp, self-deprecating comedy. Whether he's poking fun at himself or the ever-evolving chaos of modern life, Pat brings a laid-back honesty that audiences instantly connect with. He's shared the stage with comedy icons like Brian Regan, George Lopez, and the late, great Robin Williams. ADAM FELSON is a local comic and a member of the Improv Troupe "Withering Scorn". He can be seen at various shows in the Bay Area. JEFF APPLEBAUM made his national TV debut on CBS as a comedian on the “Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.” He has also appeared on Comics Unleashed and ComedyTV, Byron Allen’s nationally syndicated Entertainment Studios program, ABC-TV, America’s Got Talent on NBC, and has opened for and performed with comic legends Robert Klein, Mort Sahl, Richard Lewis, Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, Kevin Pollak, Elayne Boosler, Jimmy “JJ” Walker, and more. His DryBar Comedy Special was released in 2020, and he’s also a frequent guest on KGO Radio, AM810 in San Francisco, CA.
