Membership

    We are delighted that you are considering joining Temple Beth Sholom! At Temple Beth Sholom, we center "belonging". Membership at Temple Beth Sholom is an agreement to enter into sacred community with other congregants. In order to confirm membership, we ask that you agree to uphold the mission and vision of Temple Beth Sholom as well as uphold our community goals.  

  Temple Beth Sholom does not charge a fee for membership. Consistent with our mission, vision, and goals, TBS does ask each member household to contribute in a variety of ways. This may include pledging a sustaining donation, called a "Mitzvah Pledge," as well as volunteer hours which can be performed by helping out with repairs, setting up events, serving on committees, and other volunteer opportunities. These volunteer hours are a great opportunity to get to know other members of the temple, give back to the community, and enjoy a hobby! 

   We offer a diverse range of communal programs inspired by our mission and the needs of our households and we look forward to helping you find your unique place within the fabric of our congregation.  Find belonging, make friends, experience village, come to services, study, join a committee, engage in social action, and attend our special events.
